Once again, a holiday thwarted me a bit. During the week of Christmas, I was down to about 127 pounds most days, but with the nibbling I allowed on Christmas Day, I bounced up a couple of pounds. But thankfully holidays are done for me (only allowing myself to go crazy on Thanksgiving and Christmas–New Year’s Eve doesn’t count), so I should be getting back on track again soon. Plus, I’ll be getting rid of all of the leftover cookies and candies we made tomorrow, hopefully. There’s really not just that much left…maybe I should just go ahead and pitch them after my husband’s had his fill. The turtles and truffles are stronger temptation than I’d like to have around (although I’m doing well with ignoring the cookies.)
I bought a workout DVD yesterday that I’m very pleased with. It’s Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred, and today I certainly feel like I’ve been through a shredder! I’m hoping it will add some balance into my routine without me having to join a gym (because that’s just not going to happen.) I certainly felt it as I did it, so that’s a good sign.
But anyway, let’s move onto stats. I still need to workout this morning.

Now onto the pictures. I changed tops this month as the old one was just getting too baggy to be of much use. I need to quit taking these when I’m still half-asleep and have bed head. Anyone who’s only seen me through this blog probably things I’m a total slob!
