Dumb Bike

Today’s exercise:

  • Exercise bike: 4.7 miles, 24 minutes, ~225 calories burned
  • Pushups: 30
  • Crunches:100

My speedometer started messing up, so I’m having to estimate the calories off of past entries for similar distances.  While it clearly messed up the calorie setting, the distance setting seemed acceptable, so I’ll assume it’s at least mildly accurate.  Hopefully it won’t glitch again tomorrow.
